To request additional photos of your package(s), please follow these steps:
1. Access your “My Packages” dashboard.
2. Identify and select the package for which you require additional photos.
3. Click the “Photo Request” option.
4. If necessary, provide specific instructions in the designated “Special Instructions” field.
5. Finalize your request by clicking “Request Options“.
6. Upon successful submission, the package status will update to “Photo Request“.
7. Please wait 1-2 business days for our team to process and fulfill your photo request.
