Unfortunately, we have decided to discontinue the business and cease operations. We want to provide our customers with as much advance notice as possible and ensure that everyone has sufficient time to ship, return, or otherwise manage any packages currently stored with us.

- What You Need to Do
- If you currently have packages stored at MyMallBox, please log in to your account and arrange for your packages to be shipped or returned no later than September 15, 2026.We strongly encourage you to take action as soon as possible rather than waiting until the final deadline.
- If you regularly use your MyMallBox address for online purchases, subscriptions, returns, or other deliveries, please update those addresses immediately. Packages arriving after Aug 31, 2026 will not be accepted.
- Packages Currently in Our Warehouse
- All packages currently in our possession will continue to be handled securely during the transition period. Our team will remain available to process shipping requests and assist customers with clearing their accounts.
- If you believe you have a package at MyMallBox that does not appear in your account before Aug 31 2026, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
