How do I request split packaging?

To initiate a split packaging request, please follow these steps:

1. Access your My Packages dashboard.
2. Identify and select the package you wish to split.
3. Click the “Split” option.

4. Specify the desired number of packages for the split.
5. Provide detailed instructions in the “Special instructions” section regarding your preferred split method.
6. Click “Request Options” to complete the request.

7. Upon successful submission, the package status will update to “Requested” and a “Split” icon will be displayed.

Eligibility Criteria:

Please note the following requirements for package splitting:

  • The package must contain a minimum of two items.
  • Only packages with “Received” status are eligible for splitting.
  • Split requests are limited to one package at a time.

Please put our personal suite number in after “Rm” to ensure delivery.

Canada Post Strike Starting Friday May 23

As of May 23, 2025, the Canada Postal Workers went on strike. Our carriers are making every effort to work around Canada Post in order to deliver packages to Canadian addresses in a timely manner. Please be aware that there may be delays in receiving your packages, especially if shipping to a P.O. Box.
