To change your account password:
1. Log in to MyMallBox.
2. Navigate to Account Settings.
3. Click the My Account tab.
4. Scroll down to Security Settings.
5. Click “Change Password“.
6. Enter your current and new passwords, when complete, hit “OK“.
7. You have successfully changed your account password.
As part of our move to a larger facility, we needed to update how your address needs to appear on your packages being sent to us. Starting immediately, please send all packages to our new address using this format:

Suite 500, Rm (your personal suite number)

Please put our personal suite number in after “Rm” to ensure delivery.
