Your package(s) will incur storage fees per package after 30 days.

Consolidation $3 per package
We combine multiple packages into one box.
This will minimize the dimensional weight and cut the shipping costs.
Basic bubble wrapping is included.
$2 per package for 21st-50th requests in a single transaction.
$1 per package for 51st and over requests in a single transaction.
*Please note there will be an additional $5 charge per package for special packaging requirements.

We will repack your products into a smaller box or a bubble-mailer.

Split Packaging $5 per package
We will split your package into multiple packages if requested.
The service fee is based on the number of packages after the split.

Photo Request $2 per package
We will take 1-3 exterior photos of the content inside the parcel so that you know exactly what you're receiving.
For further photo requirements, there may incur additional charges.

Content Verification $1.50 per package
We will verify the content inside the parcel to make sure the item(s) are damage-free and in a good condition.

Returns $10 per package
We will return your package to the retailer if requested.
The service fee and the shipping fee are charged separately.
