Incoming Packages
Storage duration:
- Standard members: 7 days of free storage
- Premium members: 45 days of free storage
Important considerations:
- We encourage prompt action on your packages to avoid additional costs.
- Storage fees of $1 per day per package apply after the free period expires.
- Packages unclaimed after 120 days will be automatically canceled and become irretrievable.
- The storage limit is cumulative, and the free storage cycles do not reset.
Consoliated & Repackaged Packages
Storage duration:
- Standard members: 5 days of free storage
- Premium members: Unlimited free storage
Important considerations:
- Standard members are advised to take prompt action to avoid additional costs.
- Storage fees of $5 per day per package apply after the 5-day free period for Standard members.
- Packages unclaimed after 60 days will be automatically canceled and become irretrievable.
- The storage limit is cumulative, and the free storage cycles do not reset.
