Can I order an item that is not yet released?

Unfortunately, our We Shop, We Ship (US proxy buying) service is temporarily unavailable.

However, when it does become available, you can go ahead and place your We Shop, We Ship request on the day before the item is released. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to purchase this item before it is sold out online, but this will give us a head start.

Your Suite Address update!

As part of our move to a larger facility, we needed to update how your address needs to appear on your packages being sent to us. Starting immediately, please send all packages to our new address using this format:

2051 Old Coochs Bridge Rd
Suite 500, Rm (your personal suite number)
Newark, DE 19702

Please put our personal suite number in after “Rm” to ensure delivery.

Canada Post Strike Starting Friday May 23

As of May 23, 2025, the Canada Postal Workers went on strike. Our carriers are making every effort to work around Canada Post in order to deliver packages to Canadian addresses in a timely manner. Please be aware that there may be delays in receiving your packages, especially if shipping to a P.O. Box.
