We are excited to announce that our package forwarding facility is relocating to a new and improved warehouse. This move will enable us to enhance our service capabilities, providing you with even more efficient and reliable service.

New warehouse address

2051 Old Cooches Bridge Road, Newark, Delaware 19702

Effective date

Starting January 1st, 2025, please make sure that all shipments are directed to the new address.

**Please note that your Suite Number will remain unchanged

What this means for you

  • Update shipping information. Please start shipping your future packages to our new warehouse address.
  • Timely transition. All packages sent to the old address after December 31st, 2024, may experience delays.

Your Suite Address update!

As part of our move to a larger facility, we needed to update how your address needs to appear on your packages being sent to us. Starting immediately, please send all packages to our new address using this format:

2051 Old Coochs Bridge Rd
Suite 500, Rm (your personal suite number)
Newark, DE 19702

Please put our personal suite number in after “Rm” to ensure delivery.

Canada Post Strike Starting Friday May 23

As of May 23, 2025, the Canada Postal Workers went on strike. Our carriers are making every effort to work around Canada Post in order to deliver packages to Canadian addresses in a timely manner. Please be aware that there may be delays in receiving your packages, especially if shipping to a P.O. Box.
