My package shipped, but the tracking information hasn’t been updated. What’s wrong?

A package’s tracking information isn’t always updated right away. Please allow up to 24 hours after your package ships. If you don’t see an update after 1 business day, feel free to contact us via the MMB Support portal.

Your Suite Address update!

As part of our move to a larger facility, we needed to update how your address needs to appear on your packages being sent to us. Starting immediately, please send all packages to our new address using this format:

2051 Old Coochs Bridge Rd
Suite 500, Rm (your personal suite number)
Newark, DE 19702

Please put our personal suite number in after “Rm” to ensure delivery.

Canada Post Strike Starting Friday May 23

As of May 23, 2025, the Canada Postal Workers went on strike. Our carriers are making every effort to work around Canada Post in order to deliver packages to Canadian addresses in a timely manner. Please be aware that there may be delays in receiving your packages, especially if shipping to a P.O. Box.
