What if I’m shipping high-value goods?

As a security measure, there will be a 1-week delay before any high-value packages can be released for shipment. This is to protect all of our customers and your valuable items.

If the customs value for any of your items is greater than $2,500, the US Customs Department requires us to fill out special documents. There is no added cost for this, but shipping/transit times may be delayed until the forms are submitted and reviewed by customs.

Your Suite Address update!

As part of our move to a larger facility, we needed to update how your address needs to appear on your packages being sent to us. Starting immediately, please send all packages to our new address using this format:

2051 Old Coochs Bridge Rd
Suite 500, Rm (your personal suite number)
Newark, DE 19702

Please put our personal suite number in after “Rm” to ensure delivery.

Canada Post Strike Starting Friday May 23

As of May 23, 2025, the Canada Postal Workers went on strike. Our carriers are making every effort to work around Canada Post in order to deliver packages to Canadian addresses in a timely manner. Please be aware that there may be delays in receiving your packages, especially if shipping to a P.O. Box.
