What do I do if my package gets returned?

If a package is returned by customs authorities or the carrier subsequent to shipment, it may be due to various factors such as inadequate customs declaration, incorrect delivery address, or the presence of hazardous materials.

Insufficient Customs Declaration:
Instances, where the return is attributed to insufficient customs declaration, are considered sender error, thereby placing liability on the sender. Consequently, the customer is responsible for covering the return handling (US$10) and shipping fees.

Incorrect Delivery Address:
Instances, where the return is attributed to an incorrect delivery address, are considered sender error, thereby placing liability on the sender. Consequently, the customer is responsible for covering the return handling (US$10) and shipping fees.

Containment of Hazardous Materials:
Instances where the return is attributed to a containment of hazardous materials, are considered sender error, thereby placing liability on the sender. Consequently, the customer is responsible for covering the return handling (US$10) and shipping fees.

Your Suite Address update!

As part of our move to a larger facility, we needed to update how your address needs to appear on your packages being sent to us. Starting immediately, please send all packages to our new address using this format:

Suite 500, Rm (your personal suite number)
Newark, DE 19702

Please put our personal suite number in after “Rm” to ensure delivery.

Canada Post Strike Starting Friday May 23

As of May 23, 2025, the Canada Postal Workers went on strike. Our carriers are making every effort to work around Canada Post in order to deliver packages to Canadian addresses in a timely manner. Please be aware that there may be delays in receiving your packages, especially if shipping to a P.O. Box.
