How do I find my tracking number?

After we ship your package, you will receive a confirmation email. This message will include your tracking number, linked to the carrier you chose.

You can also find your tracking number from MY PACKAGES.

Your Suite Address update!

As part of our move to a larger facility, we needed to update how your address needs to appear on your packages being sent to us. Starting immediately, please send all packages to our new address using this format:

2051 Old Coochs Bridge Rd
Suite 500, Rm (your personal suite number)
Newark, DE 19702

Please put our personal suite number in after “Rm” to ensure delivery.

Canada Post Strike Starting Friday May 23

As of May 23, 2025, the Canada Postal Workers went on strike. Our carriers are making every effort to work around Canada Post in order to deliver packages to Canadian addresses in a timely manner. Please be aware that there may be delays in receiving your packages, especially if shipping to a P.O. Box.
