System Improvements & Free Storage

Dear customers, we would like to inform you that we’re currently working to add more workforce to our IT department in order to meet your expectations and streamline your overall experience with us.

IT Department Updates:
We’ve recently had 2 new developers come on board who have already started working on multiple projects to improve our system (service.mymallbox.com). We’re well aware of the ongoing system-related issues, some of which were reported by the customers, which we hope to resolve in the near future.

In order to compensate for your inconvenience as well as to thank your ongoing patience, we’ll be offering free storage on all new incoming AND existing packages until the last day of 2022. And from 2023, we’ll be implementing new package storage regulations which we’ll announce towards the end of the year.
