We’d like to inform you of our current situation with undeliverable parcels that are being/have been shipped via Asendia. Due to the current carrier integration issues, we’ve had a large number of packages returned to our facility as the shipment information did not process successfully.
Because of the time of the year with long business holidays in between, the fix is being delayed, however, we expect to resolve this matter in the next couple of days. As soon as we find the resolution, we will ensure that all of the undelivered parcels are re-shipped to their recipients at free of charge in a speedy manner.
